1:1 Mentorship Sessions

• Full Refund: Eligible for cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled session.
• 50% Refund: Eligible for cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• No Refund: Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund.

Group Classes

• Full Refund: Available if you cancel at least 14 days before the class start date.
• No Refund: Cancellations within 14 days of the class start date are not eligible for a refund.

Instructor-Led Live Cohorts

• Full Refund: Granted for cancellations made at least 21 days before the course start date.
• No Refund: Cancellations within 7 days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

Self-Paced On-Demand Courses

• Full Refund: Available if the course is canceled within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
• No Refund: Not available after 7 days of purchase or if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
