Data Techcon Cancellation Policy for Sessions
We understand that schedules can change, but we ask learners to respect their mentors' time by being mindful of cancellations. Mentors at Data Techcon have limited availability, and canceling without intent to reschedule removes valuable spots from others who are eager to learn.
If You Haven't Scheduled a Session Yet
If you haven't found a time that works due to time zone differences or scheduling conflicts, reach out to your mentor to see if they can adjust their availability to better fit your schedule. If no suitable time is available, either you or your mentor may cancel the session. A full refund will be processed within 24 hours.
If You’ve Already Scheduled a Session
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify your mentor as soon as possible. You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the session start time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable, as mentors may have already prepared for the session and allocated their time. However, mentors may choose to offer flexibility on a case-by-case basis.
If You Missed Your Session
If you miss a session without prior notice (a "no-show”), we do not issue refunds. Situations that count as no-shows include:
Mentors are responsible for preparing and being present at the agreed time. If you booked a session, the mentor prepared and was available, and you didn’t attend, the session is considered "completed.”
Quality and Satisfaction
Data Techcon is committed to providing a high-quality experience. If a session does not meet your expectations, please contact our support team to find a suitable solution. However, refunds are not issued based solely on dissatisfaction with completed sessions.
