Coaching Services Policies Agreement

By enrolling in any Data Techcon coaching program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Structure & Completion Window

• Coaching programs are structured and time-bound.
• 4-session packages must be completed within 6 weeks.
• 6-session packages must be completed within 8 weeks.
• 8-session packages must be completed within 10 weeks.
• All sessions are expected to follow a weekly cadence.
• Unused sessions expire after the completion window.

2. Start Deadline After Payment

• Clients must schedule and begin their first session within 3 weeks (21 days) of payment.
• Failure to begin within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the coaching package without refund.
• Coaching is not designed as an open-ended service or future credit.

3. Pause Policy

One temporary pause is permitted per coaching package:

• Maximum duration: 2 weeks
• Must be requested in writing prior to the break
• After the completion window expires, remaining sessions are forfeited.

4. Missed Sessions

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be counted as completed.
• No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Expiration & Reactivation

If a client does not complete sessions within the designated timeframe:

• Sessions expire.
• To resume coaching, a new package must be purchased.
• At Data Techcon's discretion, a reactivation fee may be offered.

6. No Refund Policy

• All coaching services are non-refundable once payment has been made.
• Coaching is a commitment-based program and results depend on client participation and engagement.

7. Agreement Acknowledgment

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Coaching Services Policies Agreement.
