Mentors are credited 5 days after each completed session. Once a session is completed, learners have 48 hours to report any issues directly to the mentor. If the mentor does not respond within 48 hours, the learner has an additional 72 hours to escalate the issue to Data Techcon’s support team. If no issues are reported within this timeframe, the session is automatically marked as successful, and the mentor’s payment is processed. The credited amount will be displayed in the mentor's dashboard under "Wallet Balance."
Note that Mentors will be paid on a per-session basis within 5 days of completion.
